"WHAT IS THAT YELLOW BOTTLE?"
A Short Introduction to The Rescue Remedy
If you have spotted the little yellow bottle and wondered what it is, this guide is the place to start. In this short guide, I explain what Those Drops are, what the Rescue Remedy is, when to use it and how to take it.
What Are Those Drops?
The Drops are Flower Remedies: liquid remedies made from flowers, developed by Dr. Edward Bach in the 1930s. Essentially, the energy of a flower in a bottle.
What Is The Rescue Remedy?
The Rescue Remedy is Dr. Bach’s iconic blend of five Flower Remedies, created for moments when emotions feel overwhelming.
When Do People Use It?
I keep it close for moments of nerves, stress, shock, overwhelm, bodily shakes and sweaty armpits. For times when there is too much to feel or process.
How Do You Take It?
I rake a couple ofdrops directly on the tongue or in my drink, whenever I feel called to do so.
If you are new to Flower Remedies, the Rescue Remedy is often the easiest place to start. At least, it was for me.
